MAXX MOBILES IN MARKETS WITH ITS FIRST EVER TOUCH WITH PROJECTOR PHONE
MAXX Mobiles has become the latest entrant in the market with its first ever touch screen phone with a built-in projector, Focus MTP9 . Sporting a 2.8 " touch screen with a 5 MP camera, this dual-SIM phone features a projector lens at the top with an adjustable focus ring at the back. It claims to be capable of projecting on a 42 screen for 3 hours. The good and very important thing is that the company is bundling a free stand to mount the phone while it is projecting your movie. The phone is powered by a 208 MHz processor and the King Movie Player, which claims to compress the video to a tenth of its actual size without compromising on quality. A loudspeaker is present at the back to play the audio aloud. You can thus enjoy full length movies stored on the 1 GB flash inbuilt memory. You can store additional movies on the free 4 GB microSD card bundled along. It also supports the MP4 and 3GPP formats. In addition to the above, this Java- enabled phone can use the multitude of J2ME apps available on the web to improve its functionality and usability. It comes with a variety of built-in apps including Opera Mini, Facebook, Twitter, Yahoo! Launcher, Nimbuzz, and more. With support for widgets, it has four active screens with live wallpapers to help avoid a cluttered window. Multimedia functionality includes an FM radio with scheduling and support for various audio formats. A 1200 battery claims to provide it with a longer battery backup.
