Now Vodafone has customer care units on facebook and twitter.

SOURCE­ INTERNET - Vodafone's Czech Republic customers can now submit their requests to customer care directly on Facebook and Twitter. A protected form is now available for them to ask their questions concerning their accounts, making it no longer necessary to call the customer care center or visit a Vodafone shop.Around 135,000 fans follow Vodafone on Facebook and almost eight thousand of them do so on Twitter."Customer care has been a key part of our social network activities since the very beginning. With respect to the increasing number of customers, however, we have now innovated in order to be able to satisfy their individual requests," says Eva Štípková, Senior Manager Interactive and Direct Marketing at Vodafone.
